🌿 Workshop Description:
In this final part of our 3-part workshop series, we focus on turning inward with kindness and stepping outward with strength. You’ll learn how unrealistic “shoulds” can quietly drain you and how to replace them with gentler, more empowering inner dialogue.
Together, we’ll practice setting healthy boundaries, letting go of pressure, and giving ourselves permission to rest, feel, and grow. Through mindful reflection and real-life role plays, you’ll build tools to better care for yourself, especially in challenging moments.
