This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. It is deliberately short, because there is not much to say.
What we collect
If you send us a message or request the white paper, we receive the name, email address and text you enter. If you take the self-check, your answers stay in your browser and are never sent to us unless you ask us to email you the result. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect usage statistics through Google Analytics: page views, referrer, country, browser and device type.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to send the white paper you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising or cross site tracking.
Where it goes
Form submissions and the white paper mailing list are stored with Brevo, our email provider, on EU infrastructure. The site is hosted by Vercel. If you accept analytics cookies, page views and form events are processed by Google Analytics and use cookies. If you decline, we do not load Google Analytics at all.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live plus 24 months. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregate statistics are retained for 24 months.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. You can decline analytics cookies on your first visit; we then do not load Google Analytics. You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will do so within 30 days. Write to hello@peakwell.ch.
