What happens
Embed is cohort based. Capability builds over weeks rather than hours, with the time between sessions carrying as much of the design as the sessions themselves, because that is where behaviour either changes or reverts. We baseline before we start and measure again at the end, on behaviour rather than attendance. Cohorts run in sequence so that each one seeds the next, which is how capability spreads through people rather than through content. We then train your facilitators to run it, so the programme scales without us. We have delivered this shape at scale, including a 460 leader, 20 cohort programme in aviation.
