Spark AI Curiosity

Half a day · whole teams · no prior experience

Your sceptics and your power users are in the same room and nowhere near the same page.

One session where everyone has to use the tools to get anywhere, so the sceptics arrive at curiosity themselves rather than being told to feel it.

Who this is for

  • Whole teams with visibly uneven AI skills and confidence
  • Teams where a vocal minority is enthusiastic and the rest are quietly waiting
  • Groups with no prior AI experience who need a first real success

Who this is not for

  • Teams already running structured enablement, who should start with Applied AI
  • Individuals looking for a personal productivity course

What happens

Four hours. Your team solves a murder mystery together, using AI. Everyone has a role and information nobody else has, so the only way through is to share what you find and to use the tools well. The sceptics have to use AI to win, which is a very different experience from being shown why they should. The power users hit the limits of improvising and start wanting method. We close on critical judgement: how to tell a good output from a plausible one, and where the human decision stays.

What you leave with

  • A shared language for AI in your team
  • One real output per person, built by them
  • A pre and post read on mindset and confidence
  • A first sense of where AI does not belong in your work

We already work with AI extensively but not everyone had the same basis and enthusiasm to keep up with developments.

We already work with AI extensively but not everyone had the same basis and enthusiasm to keep up with developments. This workshop levelled the playing field. The hands-on format and team challenge met people where they were. Our sceptics built something useful and got curious. Our power users learned structured approaches they'd been missing. What I appreciated most? They didn't just teach prompting. They taught critical thinking about AI, when to use it, when not to, and how to evaluate quality. Now our whole team speaks the same language and moves at the same pace.
